This collage is a combination of my first two pre-compositions, which is my interpretation of my all-time favourite song, 'Vanilla’ by Sunset Rollercoaster.

Reflection

The physical collage activity was a fun way to spark creativity and learn composition techniques, though I felt a bit limited with only fashion magazines to work from. I'm happy with my final result. On the other hand, the digital collage assignment helped me improve my Photoshop skills, which I used to find intimidating in my foundation year. Now, with just a few weeks of practice, I can see how versatile it is for editing photos and creating collages, with much more to explore.

The recolouring exercise turned out to be much easier than it looked. While I still see room for improvement, I'm pretty pleased with the outcome, especially given that it was completed in a short period of time.

Thank You
